Tom Gates: transglobal Super dense excuses! - Liz Pichon [Review]

Synopsis: Amy is not happy summer twice. Her mother decided to move to the other end of the earth and Amy now has the task to import a car from California to Connecticut. The problem is that, since her father died in a car accident, Amy is able to sit behind the wheel. It scares her. And in that moment, Roger arrives on the scene, apparently an old friend of the family (as claimed by Amy's mother), who is also planning road trip halfway across the States. transglobal The shortest possible route is planned, so just go ... But why not take a fun way?
Amy is an ordinary high school student living in California. A completely normal, except that her father had recently died, her brother is to treat his addiction and mother decided to move the whole family to Connecticut, which is just on the other side of America. Roger is a common transglobal undergraduate. He has such serious problems as Amy just been dumped by girlfriend without bothering to explain transglobal why. Both therefore have enough things to think about and, therefore, like to use the opportunity to relax for a moment from their parents and friends. Amy is a pay car across America to a new home, the only problem is that Amy does not follow. Roger also needs to get on the other coast, so even if you do not know at all, knock together. How well can recognize two complete strangers for four days? And what a person can experience during a trip across America? When you think about it, Amy and Roger should be basically boring book. Two young people get in the car and drive. Nothing special happens, we usually just talk or play 20 questions, occasionally stopping to eat or somewhere to spend the night. Yet each of them solve their own problems. The book is so well written and complimented by so many files, playlists and descriptions of the path of the heroes rode that simply can not but want to after reading get in the car and just go somewhere. I feel that I have experienced, even not driving. But I suddenly felt that I wanted to go out to experience some adventure and most have him as a companion sympathetic foreigners. Hmmm, I should not hesitate a moment. The problem is that I do not have a car or driver's license, on the other hand, I work and daily chores, so just go for me there is a real possibility. But I can seduce like a fifth wheel with Amy and Roger, and their journey is definitely worth it.
Very nice review. I really enjoyed the book, if only because I was in Kentucky and I ate at Brown. But it was such an easy reading and most pleasant :) 7 February 2014 20:31
