We currently use the Linux Malware Detect on our web servers. We note that the software covenant transport can not catch everything. Are there better tools or services on the market that can absorb more? Web servers run on CentOS covenant transport with DirectAdmin. Thank you for your comments
I think this is the best: http://configserver.com/cp/cxs.html There is also MALDetect https://www.rfxn.com/projects/linux-malware-detect/ - Only I have no idea how their database is up to date. And you can use ClamAV for normal viruses.
@ Xentos: Linux Malware detects and Maldetect same. Database is very timely, even with cryptophp they were pretty quick there. Since you daily updates of course. @ Resultaat2012: I assume that you have installed in addition Maldetect Clamav? Those infections that can be scanned with Maldetect often cleanse. In addition, this convenient for email scanning and you can use ftp upload covenant transport scan proftpd and pureftpd. Indeed further CSF / LFD firewall as Xentos says, you just need and also prevents a lot of trouble.

May indeed be that they misunderstand it so thanks for the correction. For the rest CXS (Config covenant transport Server Exploit Scanner) a tool that real files scanned using pureftpd. And it is not to be confused with CSF (Config Server security & firewall). They have the same creators!
